A Beautiful Noise is helmed by Tony Award-winning director Michael Mayer and employs a universally regarded book by New Zealand writer Anthony McCarten.
Brimming with captivating songs, dance, and theatrics, this upcoming musical portrays the exclusive off-stage stories of Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Neil Diamond.
The singer himself intimately collaborated with the production team to preserve its authenticity, adamantly championing awareness for mental health with a narrative framed through Neil’s therapy sessions. Eager fans are also in for a riveting treat as the musical exhibits some of his most influential tunes, such as “I'm a Believer,” “Cherry, Cherry,” and “Song Sung Blue.”
Fronting A Beautiful Noise’s world-class cast are lead actors Nick Fradiani and Mark Jacoby, who’ll be playing the parts of a past and current Neil Diamond. Alternating, the duo will interpret the nuances of the artist's identities in and out of the spotlight, uncovering fascinating new insights from his Brooklyn days of youth to his record-setting rise to global fame.
