A Beautiful Noise is helmed by Tony Award-winning director Michael Mayer and employs a universally regarded book by New Zealand playwright Anthony McCarten.
Brimming with entrancing songs, dance, and theatrics, this upcoming musical recounts the behind-the-scenes stories of GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Neil Diamond.
The artist himself intimately cooperated with the production to maintain its verity, strongly championing mental health awareness through Neil’s therapy sessions-framed narrative. Eager fans are also in for a thrilling treat as the event offers some of his Billboard-breaking tunes, such as “Solitary Man,” “Sweet Caroline,” and “Song Sung Blue.”
Fronting A Beautiful Noise’s brilliant cast are lead actors Nick Fradiani and Mark Jacoby, who’ll be playing the roles of a young and old Neil. Together, the two will lay out the subtleties of the singer’s personas on and off the stage, uncovering fascinating new viewpoints from his boyhood days in Brooklyn to his record-setting rise to global fame.
